Good grief, it's past midnight. You know, working two jobs is much more difficult than I thought. Hello?! Yes, I know, what else was I expecting?! I guess I'm just foolish that way.
Today, however, was a rather amusing day.
At 3pm, I suddenly discovered that I had been wearing my dress backwards the
entire day. The light bulb realization came while I was wondering what had been feeling so scratchy on my chest...only to look down and find my clothing tags irritating my skin. Oops.
Tonight, Felix also called one of our friends a busybody. Hee-hee! The funniest part is that this is just another one of those husband-wife moments that I love so much. Why do I gleefully delight in such gossip? Because nothing is secret or sacred between spouses. Love it! I swear, marrying Felix and having him as my best friend has turned out to be the bestest and funnest decision I have ever made.
Finally, I realized that our "spring fling worlds colliding" BBQ is just a few days away! Yes, the Felix/Kathy new friend campaign is off to a hot start. More importantly, it will give me a few hours that I'm not doing work, and I crave those moments more than anything else. Now I realize why it's terrible to work from home...you can never escape! Work's at work and work's at home! Argh...
If I hurry away now, I can get to bed by 1am. So goodNIGHT. (Are you wondering if the busybody is you? Heh, heh...we'll never tell!)
